I offer you the opportunity to join me and workout in a safe and fun environment.
All abilities are welcome as I give alternatives for beginners through to advanced options.
My classes are 45mins- 1hr long and start with a mobility warm up and stretch. We then work through a number of exercises designed to help you change your shape, increase your fitness and lose weight.
